Originating in our Nation’s capital, Tenacity Group was birthed as an ally to local Tenant Associations. In Washington DC, tenants have the right to organize and buy their buildings — yet they haven’t always had the private capital or expertise to put together a deal. Our founders saw a need for advocacy and leadership and met it by empowering tenants toward ownership. It’s this type of ingenuity and grit that has marked our team’s 25-year history as real estate developers and community innovators.

Tenacity Group has helped transform some of the most historically underserved areas of DC into the apex of sophistication in residential and restaurant real estate.
