Overview

This six building condo project was converted in 2003.  The buildings all face the National Episcopal Cathedral on Wisconsin Avenue NW. Units ranged from studios to 2 bedrooms. Behind the project, we constructed a large BBQ area and butterfly garden and dog park.  Ample parking completes the picture of this successful conversion.
