Overview
Conveniently located within walking distance to the Capitol South Metro and Eastern Market, this five-story building was originally constructed as a dorm for single employed women by the Sisters of Mercy from Baltimore.
Renovations during the conversion process included installing Quaker-style hardwood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances in the kitchens and updating bathrooms with ceramic flooring and new vanity countertops.
